Randy emailed videos and photos of the dogs playing and happy. That was a great comfort to us while on vacation knowing that they were being well cared for and happy. In addition to feeding, exercising and playing with Chloe and Cooper, Randy also kept an eye on the house and called or emailed us when anything was different from the previous day. Upon our return, Randy presented us with a detailed daily diary of the dog's meals, behaviors and experiences. If you are looking for truly exceptional care for your dogs or cats, we feel that Randy the Pet Butler is an excellent choice. He went above and beyond our expectations. I would definitely give Randy a Five Star service rating.

Randy has been taking care of our dog Feebie for over 6 years. In 2016 alone he was Feebie's care giver 7 times, from as short as 3 days to as long as 9 days. Randy would visit with Feebie twice daily spending time walking, feeding and being a companion so she would not feel lonely. I can tell you we never once felt that she was not in the best of hands, he even sent us text messages with photos and little updates!
I know for us that our time away would not have been some of the very best vacations we ever had if it were not for Randy the Pet Butler!!
We will continue to use Randy for all of our pet sitting needs and would highly recommend Randy the Pet Butler! We know Feebie thinks of him as family as do we!

Randy is amazing!!! I can’t imagine anyone better with whom I would entrust my pets. He is so gentle and kind. My dog Gus took to him immediately just as if he had always been family. The real test was our dog Scout who has a tendency to be tentative and at times a little snappish to people he doesn’t know. Randy easily sensed the personality of each dog and was able to relate easily to both. Within a very short time, he had Scout eating out of his hands. He is the “dog whisperer” for sure. I can’t recommend him highly enough! You won’t be disappointed!!!
